Situation — Two of Cups. Two figures stand facing each other, each holding a cup, exchanging rather than taking. This is a card of partnership and mutual obligation, and it is where you actually are — not alone with a decision, but inside an arrangement with someone whose position you have been carrying alongside your own. The decision at work is not sitting in front of you as a private calculation. It has another person's cup in it. That is why it has been slow: you are not weighing an outcome, you are weighing what a change would cost a relationship you value.

Obstacle — Death. A figure on horseback moves through a field where everyone, regardless of rank, must respond to it. Death is not the disaster card and it is not the ending you fear — in this seat it is the transition you have been refusing to name. What blocks you is not risk. It is the wish to keep the exchange in card one exactly as it is while still moving forward. Something in the current shape of the arrangement is already finished, and you have been treating its ending as optional. It is not optional. It is only unacknowledged.

Advice — The Tower. Lightning strikes the crown off a high tower and the figures fall. Everyone reads this as catastrophe; in the Advice seat it is instruction. It says the structure comes down either way, and the only variable left to you is whether you are the one who calls it. Chosen collapse leaves you standing in the rubble with a decision behind you. Deferred collapse leaves you explaining it to someone else. Pick the version where you moved first.
